Axiom is seeking an ISDA Negotiator to join our Financial Services Documentation team in Wroclaw.
The successful candidate will work with a large investment bank, supporting its derivatives business in drafting and negotiating OTC derivatives documentation (including ISDA, repurchase, clearing and ancillary agreements); advising on legal, regulatory and reputational issues arising from initiation to termination of derivatives counterparty relationships; and coordinating with legal, credit, business, tax, and other control groups, while ensuring the timely execution of documents. Additionally, the Negotiator will be responsible for timely and accurate review of credit and collateral terms entered into the bank’s documentation management system.

Responsibilities of a ISDA Negotiator will range depending on seniority but may include:
- Working with all types of contracts ex.: commercial, public, MSA, NDA, SOW
- Close cooperation with the Client
- Reviewing documentation and clarifying discrepancies
- Uploading, filing and organization of documentation onto systems
- Conducting due diligence/constitutional review
Qualification
- 1+ years’ experience drafting and negotiating derivatives contracts, including the ISDA
- A proven record of completing complex documentation within very tight time deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Excellent client service and internal coordination skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders from different disciplines, and within a team
- Enthusiasm and commitment to a team based working environment
- Legal eligibility to work in the country in which this position is located
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word and Excel
