Is Business Partner - Front Office

Competence Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Previous experience of partnering with front office function at a VP level, specifically sales and marketing teams in an FMCG business
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrable ability to draw out and document requirements from stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of emerging IS technologies, particularly those relevant to the operation of the sales and marketing teams
- Marketplace awareness including an understanding of the competitive landscape driving business strategies
- Experience and ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams
- Project management skills – Ability to perform tasks associated with pre-project consulting, business case development and project mobilisation
Output and Accountabilities
- Build and sustain relationships and become the voice of IS, specifically with the senior commercial VP’s for sales and Marketing and with other senior stakeholders within these teams
- Influence, shape and prioritise the technology strategy and change roadmap for the front office functions
- Accountable to the business for the successful delivery of all technology and services for the front office business
- Influence and align local, regional and global strategic agenda
- Identify innovative solutions to drive the front office business forward: raise awareness of innovative technologies available to the business
- Take accountability for the delivery of projects and services into the front office functions, ensuring that the correct project governance is in place and that any changes to time, cost and scope are managed
- Ensure regular and timely updates on the IS strategy and IS enabling initiatives to the business
- Represent IS Leader at meetings and steering committees on an ad hoc basis
