International Operations Strategy Manager

Your key responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Head of Operations International (HQ)
- Derives the international IT & Digitalization roadmap from the overarching group strategy
- Aligns international IT demands and business requirements with the roadmaps of group functions
- Collaborates closely with central functions (Solutions, OE) and Process and IT department to jointly drive the profitable growth of international business
- Evaluates enhancements to core processes and ensures their implementation
- Ensures process and organizational design prior to tool implementations
- Drives harmonization and standardization of tools and processes on global level
- Untaps scale and synergy potentials within the global Service Delivery Model
- Fosters a network of local operation managers to support best-practice sharing
- Establishes Competence Centers within the international organization which support and represent countries in specific functional aspect
Your skill set:
- University degree (Master or Bachelor) in a relevant field
- Solid understanding of the submetering industry with minimum 3 years of working experience in this field
- Strong project management skills with a track-record of process improvement projects (automation/digitalization, process changes/standardization, organizational changes)
- Background in IT demand management (requirement gathering, business case calculation, as-is and to-be process definition, following development and roll-out progress)
- Pro-active and solution oriented working style with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Team player with the ability to establish credibility amongst a range of management team members and functional experts
- Strong moderation, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Flexibility towards traveling and excellent intercultural competences
- Fluent spoken and written English. German language skills will be a plus
