Job description:
Our Client is seeking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee all accounting and finance activities for the organization.
Some of the responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Direct the financial strategy and provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against goals and objectives
- Insure timely operational and financial reporting
- Oversee the annual budgeting and planning process
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of annual audits, financial statements and filings
- Create and maintain company-wide financial and operating reports
- Manage internal audit and internal control
- Clearly communicate on financial statements providing risks and opportunities
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and effective risk management for all financial activities
- Identifies investment opportunities and maximize return on invested funds
- Manage cash flow and forecasting
- Effectively communicate and manage relationships with investors
- Manage the International Finance Team at company
Requirements:
- 10+ years of successful experience in Finance/Accounting in an international environment
- Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting
- Knowledge of international accounting standards
- Exceptional communication skills
- Project and people management skills
- Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation
- Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
- Autonomous and proactive
- Self-driven and team player
- International exposure
- English Fluent
