The company which is part of the Swiss Group AFG Arbonia - Forster - Holding AG, Dobroplast Windows Factory Sp. z o.o. is looking for a candidate for the position:
Purpose of position this position plays a key role in the review and development of policies, implementation of internal controls. Function direct report to CFO in Dobroplast Fabryka Okien sp. z o.o.

To plan, organize and carry out the checks of internal control system (the ICS) including the preparation of an test plan, scheduling and assigning work, in all areas:

Production,
-
Warehousing,
-
Transportation,
-
Back – office and support other functions in organization.

Conduct testing of potential risk areas and identify and report on weaknesses of the ICS.

To conduct any reviews or control tasks requested by Management.

Actively participates in the development and implementation of Internal Control procedures ensuring that they are relevant to DFO operating environment and business objectives also compliant with AFG Group policies and local laws.

Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risk resulting from poor internal controls.

Review the responses to internal and external audit management letter queries to ensure that recommendations are implemented; follow-up on audit action plan to ensure that all action items are resolved within the agreed deadlines.

Provide training to staff on ICS procedures.

Min. Undergraduate business and/or technical degree.
-
Communicative English knowledge both speaking and writing.

Min. 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing or other business control related function in a production company.

Experience in writing and implementing internal procedures and process evaluation and documentation would be a valuable.

A demonstrated knowledge of internal controls.

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and cooperate with people at different organizational levels.

Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and ability to work and interpret both business processes and figures and other financial information.

Strong communication skills – both oral and written.
