Opis stanowiska

This is a generalist position and responsibilities will include:

• the implementation of well documented and maintained induction plans,
• overseeing appraisals,
• progressing training and development,
• recruitment,
• disciplinaries and grievances,
• absence management,
• as well as the provision of support and guidance to senior managers and ensure that effective communication channels are maintained.

Wymagania

• The successful candidate with be a professional Human Resource Manager with sound generalist experience preferably gained in an environment that has undergone considerable change.
• They will have excellent communication skills, and a confident and intelligent approach to human resource.
• It is essential that applicants are Polish nationals with first class spoken English.
