Our mission as a team is to empower our customers to understand and maximize the value of their 3Shape solutions through customer success and learning offerings. Being part of the Customer Success and Business Development Department, we focus on providing the best-in-class customer experience. As after-sales services are a high-priority area for 3Shape, we continuously plan and implement new learning and engagement journeys to elevate the customer experience.
Who are we?
We are a diversified team with 15 brilliant people from different backgrounds and countries. As a headquarter function, we support more than 100 regional academy colleagues across our four key regions. Every day, we define, develop and deliver customer engagement and learning experiences to create a long-lasting partnership between our customers and 3Shape.

- Ensure internal and external communication integrated with lifetime learning paths through 3Shape channels and learning platforms
- Build coherent strategy for global and local training offerings, including classroom and e-learning courses, and increase end-user awareness of 3Shape Academy products. Deliver reports and analysis
- Manage communications - news and announcements, content marketing, communications channels (SoMe, websites, platforms, mailing, course catalogs, etc).
- Create learning-focused campaigns needed for various stages of a client's lifecycle including awareness, and retention
- Work closely with the Marketing department to ensure consistent external customer communication about Academy products
- Innovate and explore new tactical and strategic initiatives focused on customer satisfaction
- Ensure that the communication performance of local Academy offices is aligned with the Global Academy strategy
- Work with partners on delivering the best learning experience in the right time to our customers
- Develop new training event concepts
- Support and coordinate marketing and event initiatives related to Academy
About you
- At least 3 years of experience in communication, or a combination of marketing and project management
- Proven ability to lead the development and production of communication programs to meet multiple communications, audience and marketing objectives
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in international setup & remote
- Excellent written and spoken English (Required) secondary major language (a plus)
- Familiarity or experience working with CRM software, Marketo, Sitecore, and other digital tools is an asset
