Interaction Designer / UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
- Translating business requirements and technical specifications into products that meets the rules of usability
- Preparing the documentation of user interactions in the form of mockups, wireframes, prototypes, design guidelines, user flows, story boards, etc.
- Performing a deep and detailed analysis of every potential scenario of user-system interaction
- Presenting both the complete product's design, as well as the design of its elements, and explaining the undertaken design decisions (internally as well as externally, during client meetings)
- Close cooperation with our solution architect and the development team
Requirements:
- Comprehensive look at the project, taking into account multiple perspectives of design
- Familiarity with best practices, design philosophies and current trends in UI/UX
- Attention to detail, especially in client documentation and ease of finding inconsistencies in both the project documentation as well as business logic
- Very high need for self-development and learning
- Knowledge of one of the tools: Sketch / Figma / Invision / Adobe XD / Affinity suit
- Proficiency in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of digital/web projects
Additional advantages:
