Currently we have the opportunity for 3 dynamic English speaker Installed Base Administrators/Customer Service Supports to join our team in Łódź and take responsibility in providing operational support, covering the Installed Base and Contract Management functions.
Your responsibilities
Being part of the Customer Service Team your tasks will include:
- Creating and/or supporting the automated creation of Installed Base records in the Installed Base management system, based upon validated data from the BIUs or from other validated sources.
- Monitoring automated processes via exception reports to ensure timely and complete creation of Installed Base records.
- Maintaining existing Installed Base records in accordance with validated change requests.
- Monitoring the automated Installed Base maintenance processes via exception reports to ensure that changes have been executed completely and accurately.
- Carry out a regular analysis of data accuracy including providing data for field audits and absorbing the results of field audits back into the maintenance process.
- At all times, working within the requirements set out in the relevant work instructions, process guidelines and in accordance with Quality and Regulatory policies and procedures.

This position reports into the Logistic Manager Healthcare Customer Service Operations.
We are looking for
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of customer service operations including field operations is highly desirable.
- College diploma
- Experience working in disciplined regulated industry and in applying automated technology (advantage)
- Acquiring and maintaining product knowledge is essential.
- Strong Interpersonal skills required in interactions with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. An ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a high degree of data entry accuracy is essential.
- Good organizational skills and aptitude for details.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision on day-to-day activities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy/attention to detail
- Minimum of one year of similar work experience.
- Dynamic and customer oriented mind-set
- Good level of English is essential
- Good level of Polish – would be an advantage but is not compulsory
