Position Description
- Find leads for and sell QIAGEN Service solutions across the existing QIAGEN customer base;
- Contact end users via the telephone;
- Log all activities in CRM system (salesforce.com);
- Tightly align with local sales teams;
- Report towards sales management.
Position Requirements
- Molecular Biology background, Bachelor of Science;
- First sales or customer relationship experience preferred;
- Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in one additional language (German, French or Italian) highly preferred.
Personal Requirements
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams;
- Strong business sense, customerand result-orientation;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Professional phone etiquette.
