Our client is a sales and marketing solutions firm dedicated to working with software and technology solutions providers. Our client base includes a range from small start-up companies to market leaders such as Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, Citrix, and more as well as their partner networks.
The Inside Sales Representative works in tandem with a Services Solution Specialists and accelerates Microsoft Support contract renewals, by orchestrating and overseeing key sales operations that must occur as part of the renewal lifecycle. We are seeking individuals with a self-organized and thorough work ethic from an early-in-career candidate with a Program Management mindset.

In this role YOU will:
- Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
- Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
- Interact with and qualify prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM.
- Assist senior colleagues in developing and executing high-value presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide full customer care and making sure no client's question is left without an appropriate answer
The IDEAL candidate has:
- Native or near-native level of Portuguese (C1/C2 level)
- Very good command of English (min. B2 level)
- 1-2 years working in program, project, stakeholder, operations, and/or account management
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or dealing with business contacts is a plus
- Reasonable working knowledge of the IT industry
- Excellent communications skills for an executive environment, and ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships.
- High self-motivation, innovative, and proactive approach
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Teams, Excel, and PowerBI preferred.
