A high-energy, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our rapidly expanding telesales team. This person will help the more senior colleagues generate new opportunities by strategically identifying clients of all levels, that have attended technical events all over the globe. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language, phone, and email skills, along with an understanding in qualifying customer opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Manage, qualify, and profile new leads from the database of companies that had attended specific IT and technical events with aim to produce qualified opportunities
- Interact with and qualify prospects via phone and email
- Detail interactions with prospects as activities and notes in a CRM to ensure effective pipeline management, and provide feedback upon request
- Assist senior colleagues in developing and executing high value presentations and product demonstrations
- Provide market feedback and specific feedback to the direct management, to ensure continuous process optimization, and a structured/productive communication flow
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish OR Hungarian OR Croatian/Serbian
- Previous experience in sales or dealing with business contacts is a plus
- Reasonable working knowledge of the IT industry
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Highly energetic, innovative and proactive individual
