Currently we are looking for candidates interested in position of:
InHouse Translator with German
Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Translating from English into German;
- Choosing proper terminology;
- Qualifying linguist errors and evaluating work of subcontractors;
- Checking translations in terms of content and style;
- Checking compliance of translated texts with the reference materials;
- Correcting linguistic errors and implementing changes in terminology required by quality control;
- Creating and updating glossaries;
- Analyzing customer complaints and cooperating with the clients’ editors in order to solve them;
- Timely implementation of projects;
- Reporting errors noted in the assigned materials and instructions;
- Performing other activities necessary for the proper realization of projects in accordance with the instructions from the manager.
Requirements:
- Education in Philology/Linguistics;
- At least 1- 2 years of experience as Translator;
- Very good knowledge (min. C2 or native) of German language.
