Wsparcie dla użytkowników systemu ERP (zakładanie użytkowników, uprawnienia, rozwiązywanie problemów)
Aktywne uczestnictwo w rozwoju systemu ERP
Prowadzenie szkoleń dla użytkowników
Raportowanie wykonywanych zadań
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie kierunkowe
Podstawowa znajomości zagadnień związanych ze sprzętem informatycznym oraz oprogramowaniem.
Znajomość zasad licencjonowania oprogramowania
Mile widziana wiedza z zakresu:
zarządzania systemem ERP
zagadnień dotyczących zintegrowanych systemów zarządzania
prowadzenia ewidencji firmowym majątkiem trwałym
Inicjatywa, komunikatywność, zdyscyplinowanie
Gotowość do stałej nauki, bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, zaangażowanie i odpowiedzialność za wykonywane prace
