- Analyze existing security systems and make recommendations for changes or improvements
- Cooperate with other departments and global organization to create or modify and deploy policies
- Development and deployment of IS security standards and best practices
- Development and implementation of users permissions to business systems and network and IT resources
- Development and implementation (with relevant department) of authorization matrixes and
- Prepare reports and action plans in the event that a security breech does occur
- Organize and conduct internal audits, handle external audits, perform tests and “ethical hacks” of the existing security architecture
- Monitor network and business systems and provide early warning of abnormalities or problems
- Monitor and recommend upgrades of systems regularly to remain competitive in the field of security
- Keep technical knowledge current through continuing education
- Compliance management (IT related)
- A minimum of five years of IT experience, with three years in an information security role and at least one year in a supervisory capacity
- A bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent work experience
- Practical knowledge if cybersecurity frameworks and risk management methodologies
- Knowledge of patch management, firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with business managers, IT engineering and IT operations staff
- Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP) is a plus
- English: very good command (CEFR B2/C1)
