On behalf of our client, a leading global Business Process Management company located in Gdańsk, we are currently recruiting for a person that will hold the position of Inbound Customer Service Manager.
The Inbound Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing, recruiting and training the team of customer service specialists. Additionally Inbound Customer Service Manager is also responsible for cooperating with partner services and driving process improvement projects.
Ideal Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in international organization and experience in contact centre environment. Knowledge of airlines basics, ticketing, ticket exchanges preferred. Practice in Global Distribution Systems is highly desirable.
Additionally good analytical skills excel knowledge and interpersonal skills are required.
