- Leads the Deployment Center team for a given location
- Working with internal local Implementation Project Managers
- Aligned to a specific client solution(s), responsible for executing key deployment execution and implementation activities set forth in agreed-to local Deployment Plan
- Assess current state process models for in scope areas
- Determine location specific requirements for deployment
- Perform “mapping and matching” activities to assess how solution fits within location’s specific processes
- Determine modifications needed to standard training materials and communication materials
- Deliver training (in person/web cast/conference calls)
- Capture recommendations on modifying standard training materials and report back to internal Solution Owner
- Identify and escalate risks and issues
- Track and report on deployment and adoption targets and metrics
- Manage any manual data conversion activities as required for local deployments
- Build and sustain long-term relationship with client

College graduate with excellent project management and training delivery skills

Strong written/verbal English skills

Experience with previous solution deployment/adoption activities related to new tools and/or processes

Process transformation skills to map the AS-IS and TO-BE process for new application

Experience in managing small teams (up to 7-10 FTEs)

Excellent training delivery skills, including in person, one on one, web casts, and conference calls.
