Description
We are looking for technical Lead working on ICT /IT Architecture for National Traffic Management Systems and developing the solutions. The role of ITS Technical Manager is crucial to the success of our ITS major scheme portfolio in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Assurance and Guidance’s.
- Provide Technical input into the CEFs.
- Ensure that all the latest standards IT/ICT.
- ICT/IT technical advice on Highways projects.
- Responsible for team performance on projects internally and externally.
- Technical Specifications managing and developing.
- Responsible for delivery of the Technical input into packages for NTMS.
- Project Management of IT/ICT development
Qualifications
- Have a track record in ICT /IT Architecture Technical project management and design.
- Able to produce detailed reports for ICT/IT solutions.
- Proven understanding of ICT/IT/ITS design and design management.
- Understanding of the ICT/IT process.
- Technical Understanding of the Design for ITS, ICT/IT.
- Understand System Architecture – Enterprise, UML etc.
- Understanding of the ICT standards and processes.
- Understanding of Risk Registers for ICT Scheme design.
- Be proactive in the management of other disciplines and contributors.
- Be flexible and able to work collaboratively for the benefit of the project and balance often competing objectives or interests.
- Be a good communicator and listener.
- Be able to generate confidence and trust with stakeholders.
- Be a team player with an open and approachable nature who strives to help and inspire others within the team.
- Be familiar with GDDKIA Highways.
- Be an excellent communicator with ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Responsible for undertaking and signing off technical design checks, certifications and verifications.
- Qualified ideally with a relevant degree and or Experience ICT/IT Enterprise Architecture.
