We announced Mabuchi Motor Poland`s establishment in 2017, and it is our first production plant in Europe.

Job purpose
The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Administration Section Manager to carry out responsibilities successfully in the following areas: payroll; benefits administration; recruiting and training; policy implementation; legal compliance, etc.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Create and implement Human Resources policies, standards and procedures for our new production plant in Poland, in alignment with Mabuchi Motor’s HR policies and local Polish regulations and practices.
- Development and documentation of HR policies, guidelines, appraisal systems, administration systems (payroll calculation, attendance management, etc.) and administration procedures.
- Research and creation of employee salary and benefit packages to maintain a competitive compensation plan.
- Selection of suppliers that can provide services related to HR operations and employee benefits.
- Conduct recruitment processes and develop employee training programs in concert with related departments.
- Creation of job descriptions in cooperation with the department requesting the employee
- Screening of applicants and conducting employment interviews.
- Employment contracts and administration.
- Planning and conducting training plan and schedule in accordance with different departments ‘requirements.
- Lead and improve comprehensive HR operations and services.
- Calculation and payment of monthly salary including insurance, vacation, leave of absence, benefits, etc.
- Research and creation of wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans and salary increases every year (wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rates).
- Performance management
- Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary actions, grievances and illness management.
- Support for employees in regards to various HR related topics (pay leaves, compensation, employee onboarding, training and development, etc.) including measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
- Dealing with labour unions (collective bargaining agreements, etc.) and employee issues.
- Keeping of records required by law or local governing bodies (government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures)
- Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
- Compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Experience
- Experience in all fields of Human Resources at a production factory as a supervisor, leader or similar level required
- Proven experience dealing successfully with local labour laws that directly or indirectly affect Human Resources
- Experience working for a Japanese company and/or sufficient experience in dealing with Japanese corporate culture preferred
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in administration, business, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in English language required.
