Human Resources Officer/Generalist
YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As a Human Resources Officer you will provide a Human Resource function to the Distribution Services chain. You will report to Human Resources Business Partner.
- Assist the Human Resources Business Partner in developing local workforce strategies in partnership with the Management team.
- Provide an efficient and confidential administration service to the Human Resources Department
- Analyse workforce information and productivity measures in order to ensure, through a partnership approach with operational management, the workforce supports current and future performance targets
- Identify employment issues from workforce trends and associate feedback
- Ensure the effective management of associates through the fair, efficient, pragmatic and consistent application of TJX Europe’s policies and procedures
- Support the HR Business Partner with resourcing strategies, recruitment activities and employer branding campaigns
- Support the HR Business Partner to identify and develop talent within the workforce
- Administration of trainings for employees
- Streamline and improve operational HR efficiency to achieve consistently high standards of support and decision making
- Support the Human Resources Department in daily activities including preparation of personnel files, working time and attendance management, payroll data administration for external providers
- Be the first point of contact in different issues for employees and offer HR advice to the management team
In order to implement these responsibilities you must have:
- Postgraduates studies – University Degree
- Experience in working in international environment (3-5 years), preferred distribution
or manufacturing - Knowledge of labour law and other regulations related to employment
- Ability to drive results
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and to multitask in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Experience in dealing with green-field projects would be an advantage
- Advanced PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Fluent command of the English language in writing and speaking
