- you’re fluent in written and spoken Polish and English,

HR Manager focuses on developing business and people together by: building the necessary business competence, developing entrepreneurship and innovative thinking & working, executing with high quality through common ways of working, growing the necessary & diverse succession for our future, developing leaders who perform in business and people work and making IKEA the best place to work.
About the assignment:
- Assuring that the HR strategy, global procedures are included in the action plan of the local HR,
- Motivating local management team to continuous development of leadership competences, according to business and people needs within their function,
- Contribution to building local business competencies by setting goals and working on them, along with the local management,
- Creating, with the managerial team, a plan of succession; inspiring managers to have in mind talents and the promising potentials
- Co-setting local staff costs budget so as to ensure a diverse, appropriate structure of employees able to meet business goals,
