Human Resources Director, Central & Easter Europe

Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR policy and operations in the region (c. 15 countries).
- Develop the regional HR strategy based on the market strategy.
- Operationally manage the key HR processes in the business.
- Work closely with local specialist to determine local needs.
- Develop workforce planning based on discussion with local businesses.Act as an advocate for standardization in the execution of HR policies.
- Facilitate talent reviews and advise on succession planning in critical roles.
- Advise on organizational development and culture.
- Manage cost of all HR services provided to business within the cost budgets.
- Where applicable: represent the organization in interactions with external parties
- Manage labor relations at country-level.
- Coordinate and take ownership for specific sector initiatives.
- Drive organizational development and champion the implementation of change management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years HR experience, supporting sales/marketing functions.
- Demonstrated experience in the Regional HR Director role.
- Experience from living abroad.
- Ability to manage HR programs in a matrix business.
- Strategic thinking skills and strong business and people acumen.
- Drive for appropriate solutions with tactical actions.
- Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of the team.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Fluent command of English
