Job Summary
To provide a high quality, commercial Human Resource Service to the Distribution Centre which supports the TK Maxx culture and values
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong line manager relationships and work cross functionally to deliver common business objectives.
- Support and coach line managers to effectively manage associate relations.
- Create, develop and promote associate involvement and participation initiatives.
- Develop and support the HR team ethos.
- Develop working relationships with HR colleagues within other PCs.
- Manage and develop the Distribution Centre HR and Training team.
- Managing Trade Union partnerships in conjunction with PC Manager.
- Partner with line managers to define, build and evolve a robust Distribution Centre infrastructure aligned to commercial priorities.
- Develop resourcing strategies to achieve fast-paced and dynamic growth requirements against the associate requirements production plan.
- Assist with the provision of a commercially focused, legally compliant generalist HR service.
- Support the execution of learning and development priorities to develop internal talent and realise the potential of key associates.
- Streamline and improve operational HR efficiency to achieve consistently high standards of support and decision-making.
- Provide a commercially focused legally compliant generalist HR service.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Ideally CIPD qualified with HR experience
- Previous distribution experience desirable
- PC Literate
- People Management experience
