Currently the center is seeking candidates for the position:
- Supervise service delivery in respect of specific HR functions support and oversees a team with up to 10+ staff. Ensure service delivery and quality standards are consistently met by the team. Train, develop and motivate team members.
- Essential Functions of the Job:
- Lead team to successfully deliver excellent results
- Develop and maintain great understanding of the functional process (Recruitment, HR, Onboarding)
- Motivate team through on time, well-structured and timely feedback
- Trains and develops team members; provides guidance, direction and evaluation
- Participates in recruitment process of team members
- Improve existing processes
- Build and manage ongoing business relationship with clients
- Serves as the escalation point for your customers
- Influence our organization by active participation in leadership/customer meetings
- Participates on service transitions projects as needed
- Ensures process documents are reviewed and updated on a regular basis
- University graduate
- Strong spoken and written Turkish & English language
- Excellent communication skills (facilitation and presentation skills a plus)
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience including at least 1-2 years in Team leader/supervisory roles
- Shared Services/BPO and/or HR Operations experience preferred
- Demonstrated supervisory skills such as teambuilding, training/coaching, providing constructive feedback to staff, effective delegation, staffing and scheduling
- Good organization, analytical and problem solving skills; logical flow of thought and process orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation; positive outlook, open, honest and ethical
- Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements
- Proficiency with HR specific technology (PeopleSoft and/or Taleo a plus)
