- Experience in a soft HR role, including E2E recruitment processes
- Proactive attitude, initiative, problem solving
- Multitasking and attention to detail
- Ability to create reports and analysis, using MS Excel
- Fluency in English - both written and spoken (B2/C1 level)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently conducting recruitment projects
- Sourcing candidates from a variety of sources, including Direct and Executive Search
- Monitoring and updating the candidate database and posting job advertisements
- Screening applications, arranging recruitment tests and interviews
- Supporting employer branding and communication activities (inside and outside the organization)
- Contact with universities and student organizations, attendance at job fairs
- Carrying out tasks related to employee recognition and motivation
- Other soft HR-related tasks - e.g. exit interviews, language review, referral program, employee surveys
- Supporting other team members in their activities
