HR Specialist
Location: Warsaw
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Prepare contracts for new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Payroll inputs verification such as new/existing employee’s information, benefits changes and absence records.
- Deal with HR inquiries from the employees and provide assistance as required
- Maintenance employee data in internal HR system
- Work closely with external lawyers and payroll agencies
- Creating reports
- Assist with human resource tasks as assigned
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Act as advisor for labor law and payroll related matters for employees
- Run HR projects
MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of professional experience in payroll area
- Very good English is a must
- Strong Labor law knowledge
- Strong computer skills
- Well developed analytical skills
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Collaborative attitude
- Ability to act independently
