What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in Compensation and Benefits role, you need to 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits processes, experience HR management tools (Workday is a plus), excellent cooperation skills, ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners and English&German proficiency.
