HR Service Associate with Italian

On behalf of our Client, leading global pharmaceutical company, we are currently recruiting an experienced HR Service Associate to established Shared Service Centre in Wroclaw.

Within the role you will be responsible for: employee inquiries reported via all channels (e.g., telephone, HR portal/intranet), addressing routine questions and escalating customer service inquiries about HR policy and procedure, performance management, learning and development, benefits administration, payroll, and workforce administration. Your scope of duties will also involve: maintaining of HR data record standards such as job status, job codes, time entry codes, job titles, pay grades, etc, researching employee data integrity issues (e.g., improper job classification/coding) and performing appropriate action as needed, building partnerships with peers, HR Business Partners, CoEs, and customers. You will e expected to make every effort for improvement / optimization of processes within your area of responsibility. As HR Service Associate you will work as a member of a team, which supports transition of HR processes from European locations of the company. You will report to HR Service Team Leader.

In order to be successful on this position you need to have high standard of language proficiency in English and Italian, at least 2 years of experience in SSC / BPO environment, including migration of data, experience with SAP HR or other HR Systems. You also need to posses exceptional customer service skills, with ability to anticipate customer needs and provide them with relevant information in a timely and proactive manner, as well as strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational skills.
