Your new company
On behalf of our Client, international company, we are currently seeking for a new colleague in the HR department to work closely with the Country HR Manager in order to handle recruitment processes at a regional level.
The role is part of a newly established Global Business Services centre in Cluj Napoca.

Your new role
Provide HR services for the company’s employees in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Offer support regarding recruitment administration support to all hiring managers in Europe in recruiting the best talent using German and English language (phone, e-mail, tickets).
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Post jobs to appropriate job boards / newspapers / agencies and screen candidates job applications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessment days.
Create documents related to staffing (work contracts etc.) and handle on-boarding process in collaboration with local HR.
Administrate recruiting system including preparation and provision of reports.
Administrate talent pools, update and maintain candidate database.
Develop recruiting materials, monitor the internal job page and conduct training on recruiting the system.

What you'll need to succeed
Relevant experience would be a big plus.
University degree with focus on human resources management or other related area.
German and English language advanced level.
Previous experience with ERP systems.
Good people skills, flexibility and the ability to multitask.
