The jobholder will be responsible for the correct and timely HR data processing,according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. The HR Specialist will also interact with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, ensuring proper resolution of HR-related requests. Another key aspect of the job will be the cooperation with other delivery team members, sharing knowledge and expertise, as well as making sure that all the necessary documentation is up to date.
Main accountabilities
- Answering client’s calls and emails
- Processing client’s queries and escalations
- Providing clarification of HR policies and procedures
- Maintenance of data relevant to the employee lifecycle - from hire to retire
- Demonstrating knowledge of processes and procedures concerning Talent Management, Learning & Development and Performance Management
- Maintaining payroll information on: new joiners, employee leaves, contractual/ employee data changesVacancy management,
- Job advert management
- On-boarding process management
- Managing the assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
- Updating all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Very good command of spoken and written Spanish
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in HR/Customer Service/Administration in a fast-paced, multinational environment
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of process-specific systems/tools (SAP, Taleo, TalentLink, Oracle) will be an asset
