As our HR Operations Team Lead: PL/BG/RO, you manage a talented team focused on HR administration across our offices in Poland, Bulgaria and Romania. This team handles a wide variety of work, so your multitasking and prioritising skills will be vital.
Your goal is to coordinate the team’s daily tasks, improve processes and develop the overall performance of HR admin across the three countries. Working closely with HR country managers and payroll experts, you also answer queries and proactively raise any issues.
Team management is a vital ingredient in this role. You’ll be involved in organising individual meetings, development reviews and training. You’re able to motivate and develop engagement across a remote team, and keep the HR SEE Regional Manager updated on all relevant topics.
- Ensure your team provide a first-class administrative service to the business, and have the skills to deliver on agreed outcomes
- Collect, analyse and prepare HR reporting data, regarding payroll, benefits, contracts etc.
- Review operational HR procedures in your region & find improvement opportunities
- Steer the team in meeting quality standards & operational excellence, ensuring they work at a high standard and meet deadlines
- Liaise with local HR Business Partners to ensure a consistent approach and support on international projects
- Monitor labour legislation and implement requires changes to keep us compliant
- Ensure all HR Admin processes meet regulatory/internal process requirements
- Act as a contact point for HR Administrators, helping to resolve queries and monitoring the management of employee records
- Experience as an HR Team Lead in an international environment, preferably managing remote teams
- Excellent HR administration skills, and a wealth of experience in general HR matters, such as task management, procedures & policies
- Proven experience using HR software systems, e.g. Workday
- Able to identify & resolve potential problems and prevent them from developing
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, and finding areas for improvement in process, services & ways of working
- A highly-organised approach to your job – planning, delegating and multitasking with large volumes of daily service requests
- Confident coaching team members to improve performance and develop their skills
- In-depth labour law knowledge for one or more of Poland, Bulgaria and Romania
- Fluent English (written & spoken) and excellent communication skills
