HR Operations and Transition Manager (m/f)

Position Description
- Design, document and analyze global HR processes.
- Make recommendations for new solutions, improvements, and / or enhancements in alignment with QIAGEN’s business objectives / operating model.
- Engage proactively and regularly with country HR staff at all levels to develop a deep understanding of how HR Ops can best serve the evolving needs of the client groups.
- Ensure high quality and compliance with legal requirements of HR transactional processes.
- Develop and maintain scorecards & metrics.
- Provide leadership to the HR Ops team to ensure that best practice processes are proactively designed, implemented and documented through job aids and training.
- Management of HR Ops team (Recruiting, Performance evaluation, Training, Motivating, Developing competencies).
Position Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Shared Services / Operations or HR generalist role.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Good German language skills will be an asset.
- Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions / processes.
- Solid business insight, with a strong familiarity of HR processes and the Employee Lifecycle.
- Experience working cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, IT, Legal, Payroll, etc.
- Demonstrable applied knowledge of business processes and process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from inception through completion.
