HR Officer (W/M)
Location: Olsztyn
As the new HR Officer, you are able to provide leadership and direction to others but you are also multi-task and people-oriented. You thus become the referent on all HR subjects and you ensure a good social environment and working climate. Directly reporting to the Finance & Control Manager, you will take care of HR matters and people administration.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Supervising and coordinating training projects: identifying training needs together with operational managers, offering training plan, and coordinating its implementation,
- Leading recruitment, defining the needs in cooperation with operational managers, and conducting search, preselecting candidates, supporting operational managers in the selection process
- Supervising updating the skills and salary scales, in accordance with the change of employment and organization in the Company – leading the assessment and Individual development program
- Supporting the operational managers for implementation of optimal organization
- Coordinating prevention for the safety of workers and development of working conditions
Required experience & competencies
- A post-secondary education in Human Resources Management
- Experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar position, proven in an international environment
- The ability to take initiative, react quickly and possess excellent organizational skills
- Proactive, driven and independent
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Very good proficiency in the use of Microsoft Support Office
- Fluency in English
