HR Manager

Job description
- Personnel selection for all departments of the Company;
- Creation and publication of vacancies on job-resources;
- Conducting telephone and personal interviews;
- Search for new channels to attract job seekers;
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process;
- Conducting an assessment (satisfaction / involvement of the Personnel);
- Adaptation of Personnel and development of a training system, motivation of Employees;
- Monitoring employee performance;
- Retention of existing Employees, 1:1 meeting;
- Organization of trainings for Employees;
- Individual work with each member of the Team: development of systems of material and non-material motivation;
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance;
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment;
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees;
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures;
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures;
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration;
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format;
- Maintaining HR-analytics and documentation on work with the Personnel;
- Maintenance admin. department according to other tasks set by the management (collecting and organizing the necessary information, organizing documents, organizing the reception of partners, ordering stationery and office goods etc.);
- Participation in the organization of corporate events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or in similar areas;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources;
- Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous;
- Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous;
- Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – may be advantageous;
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution;
- Knowledge of employment legislation;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Protecting the interests of all employees and of Company – in general;
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
