Our Client, international manufacturing company, is looking for an outstanding person for the position of HR Manager.
As a HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring company has the right number and type of talent required to execute strategy and achieve desired business results; realizing required levels of employee productivity and performance; implementing innovation in HR strategy and operations, responsible for leading the team in the field of recruitment, talent management, communication and employer branding, employee relations, company events and other.
Job description
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Division HR Manager/Director to prioritize current and future talent requirements of the plant which could adversely affect achievement of annual business objectives
Takes actions required to address key talent gaps, ensuring plant has the right people in the right place at the right time
Coordinates with HR Manager and partners with plant management to identify and implement targeted division, plant, and individual development plans that address targeted talent gaps in a timely manner
Partners with Division HR and plant management to identify and implement a compelling employee value proposition that enables the client to attract and retain the number and type of talent required to close talent gaps
Supports plant management in effectively deploying performance management and rewards processes/practices to drive required levels of employee accountability for desired performance results and ensure retention of top performers
Effectively deploys HR shared service delivery model in support of HR transformational goals and required levels of client support
Collaborates closely with Division HR to understand and implement HR programs that drive standardization across the division while ensuring plant business needs are met
Functions as the voice of the plant customer to HR to ensure that the type and level of services provided fully support achievement of plant business objectives
Educates plant management in development and implementation of required programs and processes to drive a positive work environment through plant management and supervisors
Resolves employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that recognizes employee needs and protects the needs of the plant to operate in an effective and efficient manner
Establishes and maintains a presence on the plant floor to keep a read on the pulse of the organization
Implements appropriate risk management policies and procedures to ensure plant compliance with safety requirements and local, state, and federal employment laws
Candidate
Requirements:
Expert knowledge in the field of Human Resources Management Minimum 5 years experience on HR or similar Management roles;
Experience in building company’s HR policy (career paths, motivational system, appraisal system, recruitment, trainings, job descriptions) and proven experience and knowledge on labor law and on social insurances regulations;
Ability to build good interpersonal relations in the Company, promoting the Company’s values and support developing the Company’s Culture;
Fluent English;
Position requires independent creation of HR policy in every aspect
Fair orientation in web technology, with an emphasis on SaaS tools
Excellent interpersonal skills ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels combined with strong adaptability to change
