We are currently seeking for our Polish operations a talented generalist for the position of HR Manager, based in Bydgoszcz (regular travelling to our second Polish site in Krakow necessary). Reporting to the Group HR Director, the incumbent will be working in partnership with our line managers and central service HR departments (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition) to provide expert HR support and advice to all Polish business units of MeadWestvaco Corporation. > Implement local human resources programs by providing basic human resources services according to group policies and pro-actively manage the alignment of internal proctices with regulatory developments. > Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. > Cooperate with central Talent Acquisition Department on all staffing issues by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. > Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. > Cooperate with central Compensation and Benefits Department on maintenance of a total compensation plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. > Complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions. > Ensure improvement, planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee performance by counselling managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors. > Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. > Maintain and/or insures the maintenance of historical human resource records. > Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.Wymagania
