Your new company:
Our Client is a multinational production and distribution company of new technologies. The company is located across plenty sites globally and is a leader in providing innovative technology.
Due to growth plans, the company wants to create a production site in Lublin. We are looking for an HR Manager who will help our Client set up this greenfield start up project in Poland.
New role:
As an HR Manager you will be in control of all HR activities (“soft” and “hard” HR) in this greenfield project in Lublin. You will have an opportunity to build up the new production- and logistics site. You will join a successful international organization, where independently and with a team oriented and flexible approach will have the opportunity to successfully create, nurture and develop growth in a modern factory with up to 250 employees and most advanced technologies. On a daily basis you will be in charge of all strategic HR work related to a greenfield project, including recruitment, onboarding management, headcount reporting, talent management, personal development and employer branding. As part of your new role you will be in control of preparation of payroll in cooperation with an external payroll provider. You will be also a contact person for management and employees in all HR queries.
What you’ll need to success:
You need to have a University degree in business, law, psychology or other relevant field, a proven track record and several years of experience in HR Management in an international company with a production site, ideally in a greenfield project. In order to be successful in this role you need to be a proactive, independent and creative person with a can-do mindset. Knowledge of polish labor law and excellent communication and negotiation skills in Polish and English are crucial (knowledge of German language would be an asset).
