Ipsos – Global Market Research Company is looking for a HR Manager specialist who will be responsible to develop and implement people strategy, to support achievement of business strategy by ensuring, attracting and retaining, also developing appropriate human resources talent, to achieve company objectives.
HR Manager
Location: Warszawa
The main responsibilities of the HR Manager are:
- Organize and control all human resource activities, in order to ensure organization efficiency and individual work satisfaction;
- Offers advice and act as a consultant to Poland Management team in management and organizational development issues;
- Contribute to organizational culture based on the efficient use of human resources;
- Develop HR policies and procedures in line with global strategy and also perform periodical review of policies to ensure they are aligned with business and changing market environment;
- Identify best resources for the company, in terms of talent and potential;
- Identify and address training and development needs of employees;
- Coordinate talent management process;
- Ensure that compensations and benefits are aligned to labor market and internally consistent.
Profile:
- Experience in Human Resources areas - 3-5 years;
- 1-2 years in Human Resources management positions (in multinational company with 150 – 300 employees);
- Excellent knowledge regarding the recruitment, assessment, retention, organizational development processes;
- Excellent knowledge of labor law;
- Creative and strategic thinking;
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills;
- Coaching skills;
- Strong presentation abilities;
- Excellent team player;
- Good negotiator.
The HR Manager function it's a key role as well for creating and maintaining an organizational culture and for supporting Poland business strategy. The HR Manager will be hierarchical subordinate to VP HR CEEA & Poland Country Manager.
