Opis stanowiska
Position Summary:
- This position provides support to the PCF Studio Director as well as the Epic Games, Inc. HR Director in the area of Human Resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing company HR goals, objectives, and systems.
- Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys; analyzes compensation; manages performance evaluation program.
- Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness.
- Files any legally required government reports; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to various government reporting regulations.
- Conducts recruitment effort (active search) for all personnel, to include contract and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations and on-boarding; employee relations counseling and exit interviewing; writes and places job postings.
- Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
- Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
- Writes and delivers presentations to upper management regarding human resources policies and practices.
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Responsible for company wide human resources planning and development.
- Provides functional guidance for administrative support needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Wymagania
Qualifications:
- The equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Human Resources experience in Poland;
- Proactive, energetic, self – motivated person
- Highly skilled with MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
Preference to candidates with:
- Game industry, software development, entertainment, media, advertising sector experience
- Human Resources Information Systems
