HR Manager

Opis stanowiska
In this position, you will be working together with our Production Director daily, nevertheless reporting to the Global HR Director in our Headquarter in Germany/Leipzig. You will oversee all topics related to HR, but also support a good workflow towards our Finance Department.
- Managing all the necessary documents related to HR issues: employment contracts, work terms and conditions etc.
- Running personal files and staff documentation
- Staff administration (of about 50 employees plus seasonal staff (up to 150 employees)
- Managing the recruitment process, especially the seasonal recruiting strategy
- Preparation of payroll lists as well as keeping all important deadlines in mind
- Running the working time records
- Managing reports according to the management board requests
- Support of the monthly reporting
- Close cooperation with the accounting department in Germany
Wymagania
- +4 years of experience on the similar job position
- Very good English language skills required
- Very good MS Office and Internet skills
- Engagement and accuracy
- Very good organisational skills
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Very strong service orientation
- +4 years of experience on a similar job position
- In-depth knowledge of Labor Code and Labor Law related legal acts
- Very good English language skills
- Strong computer skills, esp. an above average understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience and knowledge of Accounts Payable
- Prior procurement experience. Ability to work with outside vendors for ordering, negotiating experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Willingness to travel to Leipzig/Germany once every quarter
