or our Client, a new SSC company, we are looking for the position of HR Manager.
  
The person on this position will be responsible for implementing human resources policy in accordance with the company business strategy. HR Manager will work closely with international HR department. The responsibilities on this position include conducting effective HR programs especially in the areas of: recruitment, training, career paths, performance management, com&ben administration, employee relations, employment law compliance.

The duties of person on this position will consist of: supporting and advising the international and local organization’s manager and employees in the recruitment processes, particularly with regard to advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, contacting external recruitment agencies, selecting appropriate candidates and conducting on-boarding programs. This person will also take part in individual career trajectories, training programs and conducting employee surveys. In addition HR Manager will coordinate all administrative tasks regarding to employee life cycle in organization, salary and benefits issues, the implementation of performance-management measures for managers. The person on this position should ensure consistency in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Polish law.

We require from Candidates min. 5 years of experience in HR management area, preferably from the financial and/or IT/technology sectors. An experience in SSC organization will be an asset. We also require relevant university degree in HR / Business/Law; experience in an international matrix environment, fluent English and Polish (as well German nice to have) and excellent knowledge of current employment law. The best candidate should have planning, organization and analytical skills, as well interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. In addition the candidate should have business acumen, ability to work in a team, be flexible, open to change, self-motivated and have proactive attitude.
