Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing effective and efficient HR support to the organization
Development and implementation of HR - human resources strategy in organization
Developing efficient performance management system - creating job description for all employees
Conduct all recruitment activities and processes required by business needs
Supervising the process of professional development of employees through training and coaching
Developing appraisal systems, building motivational systems
Collaboration with top and line managers delivering effective performance, talent and career management processes
Supporting managers in decision making and in solving HR problems
Local responsible for Corporate Image and PR activities
Managing all HR matters related to employee benefits, including payroll, health insurance and pension plans
Supervising and coordinating all legal matters related to HR issues with using labor law knowledge
Requirements:
University Degree
Preferably
more than 3-5 years
of work
experience in HR field
Advanced knowledge of English
Good knowledge of labor law
Proficiency with guidelines and applicable law, social insurances regulation
3~4 years of related experience in the HR department, preferably experience in international IT companies.
Experience in building up corporate HR policy including career paths, motivational system, appraisal system, recruitment, trainings, job descriptions
Ability to build good interpersonal relations in the Company, promoting the Company's values and support developing the corporate Culture
