On behalf of one of our Clients, we are looking for a:
HR Manager (Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management)
Place of work: mazowieckie / Warsaw City Centre
Responsibilities

Responsible for compensation and benefits in the Group including driving and enhancing the performance management process covering all employees globally. This includes administration, control and follow up of bonus schemes such as management bonus plans, sales compensation plans, consultant bonus plans etc on country and department level;

Responsible for driving yearly performance management process including administration of compensation review process on group, country and department level. This includes developing guidelines and tools/templates to support each department head, to evaluate performance and to keep track of all benefits per employee including data on earned and paid variable salary, preparation of individual compensation review letters etc. ;

Responsible for administration, control and follow up of all recruitment processes in the group including regular update of employee pipeline and profile descriptions, management of recruitment agencies/consultants;

Provide guidance & counsel on matters such as recruiting, international transfers, labour law, health & safety, competence development, compensation planning and employee communications.;

Responsible for monthly preparation of payroll including pay out of variable salary to each local payroll administrator and development of a centralised travel expense process on group level;

Team lead for HR administrators as well as for HR outsourcing partners in all countries where company has employees;

Responsible for all calculations of accruals of earned bonus including monthly submission of data to Finance for month end process.;

Ensure each branch is health & safety compliant according to local laws and procedures;

Report HR progress monthly to Group Management.
Skills
-
Proven HR experience gained within a complex, competitive and international environment, preferably in a technology company;

5-10 years working experience;
-
Relevant University Degree (Business Administration and/or Human Resources);

Knowledge of labour laws & common HR practices, preferably from several different jurisdictions such as Poland, USA, UK, Germany and Sweden;

Experience shaping and executing performance management processes;

Proven analytical, influencing and facilitation skills;

Excellent skills in Excel; Outlook, Word & PowerPoint;

Ability to apply a strategic perspective as well as paying attentions to details;

Ability to extract and interpret financial information from ERP systems;
-
Fluent English skills both verbal and written.
