HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
- Managing 5-7 vacancies simultaneously across various domains: development, marketing, design, and support.
- Handling the full recruiting cycle, including liaising with hiring managers to clarify and gather job requirements, creating a clear candidate profile, sourcing, attracting, and assessing candidates meeting company requirements, organizing and conducting candidate interviews, evaluating soft skills, and providing feedback to candidates.
- Planning and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees.
- Familiarizing oneself with the company, its structure, corporate culture, and business processes.
- Interacting with stakeholders for the successful integration of new employees.
- Developing and enhancing the onboarding program, considering the company's needs and peculiarities.
- Supporting employees throughout the adaptation period, assisting with queries, conducting adaptation meetings, and evaluating the probationary period.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of recruiting experience, including a focus on employee onboarding.
- Fluent in Russian, excellent English skills (B2/C1); knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Telegram, Boolean/X-ray search, and other candidate sourcing tools.
- Highly organized and able to work in a multitasking environment.
- Responsibility and diligence in ensuring an effective recruiting and onboarding process.
- Responsiveness and the ability to successfully interact with various personality types.
