HR Generalist
Work place: Tarnowo Podgórne
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and support HR Team activities in HR related tasks and administration
- Work closely with colleagues in all European countries and participate in international projects for the development of new HR services
- Promote organizational culture
Requirements:
- Previous experience as HR Generalist or HR Specialist, HR Administrator preferably within a multinational company (at least 1-2 years of experience)
- Full professional proficiency in English and German
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac Office applications (Outlook); HR SAP would be advantage
- HR related background, Bachelors Degree within an HR related subject
- Knowledge of payroll administration
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
