HR Director

Responsibilities:
- defining directions of HR development in reference to market and macroeconomic tendencies, launching HR strategy coherent with Raben Group HR strategy
- supervision over substantial aspect of financial planning, responsibility for financial result of the company in HR field, labour cost management
- defining employment policy: recruitment needs, optimal employment level
- co-creating remuneration policy (fix and variable part, MBO)
- responsibility for HR development: planning and implementation of training programs, competencies development
- responsibility for raising engagement level by periodical surveys and permanent improvements
- creating personnel potential pool by development projects, talent projects, succession planning
- fulfilling vacancies (internal and external recruitment)
- organizational culture shaping: employee opinion survey, communication concerning culture, supervision of ethics rules keeping, organizational culture development towards strategic company objectives meeting
- employer Branding activity, building brand awareness on labour market, using up-to-date communication channels
- responsibility for internal communication

Requirements:
- university degree (preferred: economics)
- 10+ years of relevant experience with special emphasis on HR projects creation and implementation (evaluation, recruitment, MBO, surveys, trainings) as well as labour cost management and remuneration policy employment
- experience at working in international team (preferred)
- familiarity with HR innovative solutions
- knowledge of the local labour law
- ability to work efficiently within line and matrix structures
- analytical and numerical skills
- presentation skills
- business English (C2)
