Job description
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Some of your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Creating and developing a professional HR environment

Providing HR analytics and reporting, identifying trends and making recommendations to Management
-
Representing the company at personnel-related hearings and investigations
-
Managing the full cycle of recruitment, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

Ensuring an effective use of recruitment tools, implementing and executing hiring strategies for all requisitions and delivering sourcing methodology to access the best candidates in the market

Planning and supporting on-boarding process of new employees

Developing or administering special projects in areas such as team building
-
Ensuring compliance with relevant labour legislation, advising management and staff on disciplinary matters and counseling employees as required

Creating career plans for employees
Requirements
-
Appropriate degree qualification in Human Resources or related field

At least 5 years of HR experience (preferably in Education) across the broad spectrum of responsibilities

Fluency in English & Polish as a working language

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel required)

A pro-active, professional and positive attitude
-
Autonomous and self-driven, comfortable with operating in a changing environment

Ability to work well in an international environment
