JOB DESCRIPTION:
Due to a dynamic growth of the Group we are looking for an experienced manager who will be responsible for a comprehensive implementation of the HR policy in KRUK Group companies in Poland.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION ARE:
- Management of a HR area of a few dozen of people divided into smaller teams. The area supports all HR functions in the organization of almost 2000 employees.
- Ensuring high standards in a cooperation with internal partners and ongoing optimization of the HR processes.
- Safeguarding values and organizational culture of the company, and active participation in initiatives that integrate them.
- Close cooperation with the Group Central Process Owner for HR. Participation in the HR initiatives internationally.

- Min. 4 year experience in a managerial position in HR area.
- Higher education degree.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of modern HR tools and experience in their effective implementation in a large organization.
- Experience in the field of payroll area.
