We are looking for experienced:
HR Department Coordinator
Location: Wrocław
Main responsibilities:
- Building solid working relationships with various stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, HR and Recruitment team;
- Supporting recruitment efforts at all stages, including tracking CVs and interviews;
- Attending update meetings with Hiring Managers and preparing meeting minutes;
- Designing, coordinating implementation and maintaining internal tools & supporting processes required for efficient recruitment, onboarding and staff development;
- Supporting TS Management with coordination of TS Poland activities on Universities (courses, lectures, internships, etc);
- Supporting preparation and presentation of various materials during meetings with stakeholders.
Key technical skills:
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- (Hiring Managers, Program Stakeholders, HR, Recruitment team);
- Fluent English;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) on proficient user level including elements of data analysis (simple formulas, vlookup, pivot tables, etc.).
