We are looking for candidates for the position of
The role will be supporting HR team based in Poland and cover
responsibilities in Central and Eastern Europe region (14 countries)
In your role you will:
- Support to recruitment process i.e. CV review, contact with candidates, meetings scheduling
- Support HR processes related to personnel administration i.e. payroll, holidays, benefits
- Search for suppliers and collating offers i.e. training, payroll, recruitment, medical checks, benefits etc.
- Manage and update data in the personnel administration and other HR systems
- Managing internal communication i.e. announcements, vacancy up-dates etc.
- Preparation of monthly reports and ad hoc analysis and presentations for HR team
- Managing E-learning process
- Support to the management and staff on queries relating to personnel administration
- Support HR Business Partner and HR coordinators in day to day activities
- Participation in projects of'' soft'' HR such as trainings etc.

What we expect is that you:
- Are an active student of III, IV or V year of Human Resources, Management faculty or related
- Communicate both in Polish and English (any other Central European language would be an advantage)
- Previous experience in administrative role (preferable HR Administrative)
- Know how to cooperate and make synergy in team
- Have good communication and organizational skills
- Are open and focused on the objectives
- Are highly motivated and always the best in that what you are doing
- Skilled user of MS Office
- Able to work min. 4 days a week (min. 30 hours during office working hours)
